This place has no rules for inter-hosteller relations, only rules designed to protect the hostel itself. No rules means in effect rule of the strong - the most aggressive people in a room get what they want, the rest do not. Staff are incapable of dealing with this. Rooms are not cleaned regularly and maintenance is poor - some rooms have no aircon because the units broke down and have not been repaired. Lockers for your goods cost $2 per day. The location of the hostel & staff was outstanding. The bar was very good-service & security good. The ladies toilet in the bar was not up to standard,being very dirty&untidy.-perhaps a night staff to maintain the cleanliness? The travel agency was knowledgeable & friendly.--Thanks for being my "home away from home"--Karen Janke
