Touran Backpacker Hostel in Caernarfon, China

the rooms were dark and always wet. the bathroom was always flooded because the drain for the water wasnt working and there was no showercurtain. the matrasses were very hard and old. there were no lights near the beds, only one big light in the middle of the room.

Thanks a lot for your patient remarks. We've noticed the problems before (coz it's a hostel with 5-year history) but your comments make us realize that it's more severe than we thought so trying hard to improve. A light is already attached to each bed and other things are on the way. We really hope you can come and witness our improvements someday later. :)

I can see they're trying to build a back-packer atomasphere. But still you need to work harder on it. The location isn't quite close to the lake, you need to biking onto a mountain which requires a bit work. But the staff is very nice there, they gave a few suggestions about where to go to eat and to see around. I hope they could get better and better in the future and look forward to visiting again.

We really appreciate your kindly suggestions, and we strongly agree with you, we know that we are still on the way in creating the atmosphere for backpacker, however, as you said, we still have lots to learn and improve, we truthfully hope you could come and visit us next time, so that we can offer more useful info about Hangzhou for you, Thank you again for your patient reply.
