The worst hotel I ever stayed in. Rooms are tiny and stinky, the staircase had a very intense smell after something was probably painted with cheap paint. Carpet floors in rooms which is very unhygienic. A very unkind place to stay! Kasun, from Austria ~ 9th Aug 2011

Poor check on luggage submitted before check-in. The locker was open all day, so anybody could walk right in and steal left luggage. Malfunctioning of our safe made our departure-day a bit sour. We barely managed to catch our train. If we`d been transantlantic travellers this could have caused a major disturbance. Definately not acceptable. Cleanliness OK and location superb for art-lovers. We had bed bugs in our room. We found one and brought it to the main desk. The gentleman was extremely freaked out, threw away the bug and paid us off for one night. We came back later and told another gentleman who said the room would be closed and fumigated. We didn't feel as if our issue was taken seriously at first and would have appreciated a full refund.
