I have done a lot of travelling and have stayed at many hostels all over the world, but this was definitely one of the worst. Everything at the hostel seemed to be broken, including the showers, stove, and chairs. When I arrived, the staff were not very welcoming and seemed a bit unfriendly (although later I did met some more helpful, friendly staff). If every other hostel in San Fransisco wasn't completely booked, I proably wouldn't have stayed here after my first night. Michael, from USA ~ 25th May 2012

In General, Just FILTHY. Bed bugs probable. Room was clean other than bed bugs. kitchen is garbage, fridge was nasty. barely any cooking utensils... Most of the people I met here were really nice and fun and we had quite a few nights of hanging out in the common room drinking and laughing, which was fun. The accommodations are somewhat dirty though and not very desirable. Would come back for the people but not the facilities. And the staff was okay. Sophie, from USA ~ 10th Apr 2012
