The rooms are really small and there are not many showers (only 3 per floor), but that wasn`t a problem for us, we never had to wait for a shower. For the price you pay for a private room and for the good location it is really worth it. Livia, from Brazil ~ 29th May 2012

A Latina lady with black curlish long hair at the front desk was VERY RUDE when I checked in. I was staying for 10 nights and paying full price but she gave me an attitude and treated me very badly (she was almost yelling when I asked if I can change my room since the one assigned to me was unacceptable). Good thing an extremely nice lady named Serena came to the rescue and very kindly facilitated a very smooth check-in and made me feel welcome and cared for the rest of my stay. The women's bathroom was deplorable.I understand there is a low cost but clean the bathroom!Also, you could not sleep on the top bunkbed. They had rope around the mattress and over that was plastic.We spoke with security to see if we could get another room and said I had to pay for another room.Therefore, the other person in the room stayed up all night downstairs were the security guard stayed.I have stayed at hostels in the past but have never had such a terrible experience. janet, from USA ~ 9th May 2012
