My three friends and I throughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Triana, my only slightly negative comment is that while Villa Triana is located on the beach where we ended up staying was a 5 minute walk away. Not to take away from the flat, it was absolutely lovely new, clean and the owners were extremely friendly. I did feel a little misled, after the descriptions of a beach side location.
