Everything felt really good with the twin room I've got everything I asked, advices on having a good time in Yangshuo or a remote for the air-conditioning. Clean bathroom, satellite Chinese television, electric teapot, nice clean beds and large window are at your service. The only problem was missing the time of cleaning service and asking to perform it later on the day of Chinese New year (that demand wasn't fulfilled), but I guess that was my fault. I didn't feel like in a hostel, it looks more like a small hotel. It has everything we need. There is no common area, to share with other people... The owners are really friendly. We spent a grat time! Maria, from Argentina ~ 1st Oct 2012

hotel's host is marvelous and always there to help us in time of need. truly a great place to be in, guess no one may compete with this hotel within that area. the package tour is worth the value and bicycles are provided for those who wish to ride around the city. siew, from Malaysia ~ 23rd Jul 2012

The staff at the West Lily are very helpful.The hotel is close enough to walk to restaurants and cafes but away from any noise.They rent bikes and can answer questions about getting around in the area.The heating worked very well in the room as did the wireless internet.
