Wombats City Hostel Vienna - The Lounge in Pamukkale, Austria

The staff were great, and the breakfast in the morning was awesome. It was a little pricey but you probably are still getting your money's worth. Many of the clients seemed older than college students but they were all very nice. The checkout time was a little early compared to other places I've stayed, but i didn't have any problems with it. The location next to the train station is great, 20 minute walk to the museum quartier.The staff was very friendly and helpful, free map was a nice touch, free luggage storage was amazing.I stayed in an 8 bed mixed room, only complaint was that all the bathroom facilities were in one room, would have been nice if the shower and toilet were in different stalls, or at least the sink.Breakfast was a bit boring but the price was right for endless coffee.Would definitely stay here again. This was a wonderful experience. Wonderful facilities. The staff is so helpful. They have places to store luggage during the day so you don't have to lug it around with you. Security is WONDERFUL: at night you have to use your keycard to get into the building, onto your floor, and into your room. Just a great place to stay, great location (in front of Westbahnhof) and great atmosphere. They made a mistake with my reservation (and actually overcharged me) but another member of the staff quickly corrected the mistake later. However, if you don't mind walking a few extra blocks, I would just stay at The Base, which is cheaper and not at all far from Westbahnhof. Martin, from Spain ~ 31st Mar 2012
