The staff was lovely and very informative, patient, helpful about things to do in London.The facilities were excellent, and breakfast was worth the price.I do wish the wifi had been free. Jessica, from USA ~ 21st May 2012

Really a wonderful joint. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the facilities were some of the cleanest I've ever experienced. There of course were some loud partiers on Friday and Saturday night but it was all a part of the fun atmosphere. My fav hostel in London now! Karalee, from Canada ~ 9th May 2012

El hostel esta muy bien ubicado cerca de una estación de metro y de un barrio bastante comercial. Al llegar me pareció extraño el hecho de que me cobraran 10GBP por "hacerme socio". ¿Desde cuando hay que hacerse socio de algún lugar para poder alojarse? Es una manera elegante de cobrarte extra sin justificación alguna. Además hay que pagar por todo: Wifi, Computadores, Desayuno, etc. La gente que trabajaba ahi como que andaba de mala gana y solo contestaba lo justo y necesario fr Marcelo, from Chile ~ 10th Apr 2012

Disappointed with this hostel, I had to pay for wi-fi or for internet. Also if you wanted to plug something, the staff instead of lending you the adaptor they sell it to you for 4 pounds. Lovely hostel in a great location(5 mins walk from Oxford Circus Tube)& great facilities. Good sized kitchen with double freezers & cookers & friendly socialable hangout next to lounge where there are 3 internet spots, a large screen TV with background music & the news silently on subtitles for those who want it.I stayed in a twin with bunks & washbasin & each bunk had a personal socket for charging stuff & a personal bedlight! The best Hostel ever in England. It is a guarantee to stay here, everithing is great. The location is really good, just 3 minutes by walk to one of the main metrostation (oxford circus). I definite recommend it. Jorge, from Mexico ~ 24th Nov 2011
