Rooms are far too hot at night - needs to be some way to turn off the heating. Would be great if staff were a bit more proactive about assisting guests with information about things to see and do, places to eat etc. Very pricey for what we got, at any rate. Courtney, from Australia ~ 23rd May 2012

Overall very impressed with the hostel, just one little thing I would add is that you should be made aware in advance the temporary YHA membership chargebecause no one in our party was aware of this and it led to some scrabbling about for change!
