No permission to be in the rooms from 10 am, and not even permitted to access them, due to a cleaning time. This was in some days, a real problem,especially that the room was not cleaned at all. Read Owner Comments Ismail, from Morocco ~ 5th Jan 2012

nice hsotel, perfect for washing and drying, also because there is space for hanging up your clothes + a balcony and other devices. rooms are also nice, big enough and especially because of the balkony. only the location is not that good, far away from the center but you can take the metro (1euro for one tour!) The good: clean, close to the metro, friendly staff. The bad: more of a military barracks than a hostel, no character, broke wifi, bad breakfast, no at all good for the independent traveler. The ugly: one of the people working gave me incorrect info about a shuttle to Bergamo airport an I ended up having to pay 100 euro fo a taxi to catch my flight b/c of her ignorance. I'd never reccomend this "hostel" to anyone. Although a part of HiHostels chain, this is more a barrack or cassarne then a real hostel. The troubles we had while there cannot be put in 500 characters. It is unbelievable that, from dozens of hostels I visited, this is absolutely the worst one ever.
