I had a problem with reservation. The receptionist told me that no reservation was made even though I got confirmation email directly from hostel.com and showed it to him. Then I emailed this problem to hostel.com and still didn't get any answer. The hostel is very nice though Kraiwut, from Thailand ~ 25th Jul 2011
