the most unclean & unorganised place...never recommand any one to stay at this place at all....please remove his ad from your listing....no proper bed, bathroom was nasty...its a tiny apartment with 2 rooms with lots of junk in his place...cannot even walk...5 th floor...4 different keys to used in order to get into the building....very very bad neihborhood....definately will never stay nor recoomand any one to this place..thx.

Robby is a very friendly and helpful host, but be aware that you are staying actually in Robby´s House, this is not a hostel. You access to Kitchen, bathroom and laundry and Robby is very accomodating Robby gave us heaps of information on Rio and the location is very central with access to buses and metro very local. The only things to watch out for are: 1) Make sure you ask for the ´íncluded´ breakfast as Robby may forget; 2) While we were there Robby had ´unexpected´ paying guests sleeping on the floor in the living room. Result can be queues for the bathroom, unable to relax in a limited sized living room, excess noise etc; 3) The bathroom is not very clean, OK but does not looked cleaned all that often. Have a great stay.

If you want to have a proper local experience in Rio and aren´t looking to spend your whole time on the beaches this is the place. Robby is a great host, he was more than happy to act as tour guide and even invited me to join him and his friends on a night out. Very friendly place, good location just up the road from the metro and buses leave from right outside to everywhere. He really makes you feel at home and is more than happy to help you out with anything. Located in a very safe neighbourhood, no worries walking around by yourself.Would highly recommend 5 stars! Thanks for a great time Robby
