Not a bad place to stay for a few days. Poor value for money and there were no lifts.

One of the staffs tried very hard to be nice but I felt she was afraid we will not pay her for the rooms. Normally credit card guarantee should suffice when you check-in anywhere. But she insisted on advance cash payment for the the rooms. One thing acceptable was she was able to accept foreign currency as cash guarantee while we went round searching for ATM machine. As common saying goes, a bad initial impression is what make the difference between pleasant and unpleasantness.

It's been satisfying staying at Saint Illian's Inn eventhough we only had a fan during our 1st night of stay due to the power outage caused by the typhoon a day before. They had a generator at least. We stayed a total of 3 seperate nights but they had agreed to let our extra luggages to be kept until we came back without any charges...this was a mere act of extra mile for customer satisfaction. We will surely choose to stay in Saint Illian's again whenever we goes back in Manila for a vacation. More power Saint Illian's Inn! We look forward in staying in your place again soon. Thanks.
