The roof top at the 13th floor is avery good view to see all the city and its decoration is fine too. the thing I liked and I think it is a very important is the elevator which was working all the time , and unlike many of down town hostels I gave the best rating to this hotel because of the best service and price.

The staff members were good and helpful, the room was very clean, air condition was very good and we were very happy to have wireless Internet access in our room. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel at home here. We wish to come back this hostel again one day.

I stayed there for two nights and I extend for two more nights, it was great , the daily cleaning and the quiteness in this best location in downtown, also the wirless service in the rooms and the friendly staff who helped by all the informations you need for travelling in the city and around Egypt, I highly reccommend this place for any body attending to stay in a hotel in Cairo...THANK YOU

The staff are AMAZING!!! They treat guests extremely well, and really do everything they can to help (24/7). The room was clean--in fact, it was cleaned daily! honestly, I felt like I was staying at a much more expensive hotel. Overall, I am VERY happy with Ramses II :)
