I love this place. The staffs are very gentle, polite and helpful.

One night, when I went home a member of the staff was in my room. He was taking a rest on the bed, he used also the bathroom, because he was drunk, and all the staff was having a party in the breakfast room. The staff is very noisy. They even don't say good morning. After midnight the hotel is closed, I wanted to go out but I couldn't and I had nothing to eat. I would not recommend this hotel.

I am very comfortable here. It is so clean, and there are no mosquitoes or bugs. The mattresses are so comfortable! The breakfasts are full and delicious. A lot of effort goes into the guests here. This is a wonderful start to our visit in Vietnam.

room was not available at the time we arrived, we had to take a larger room, but had to pay a supplement for the second and third night, at departure the staff tried to put taxes on top of the agreed rates which we refused to pay. Besides this rooms and location were allright
