Depending on the location, this hostel is nothing for party people. But if you enjoy walking and look for a location to chill far away from the city stress it is the best.

Really nice hostel in a beautiful setting, huge kitchen, close to all the shops and hop-on hop-off bus. Would stay here again.

The Euroka clearing "walk" is definitely not a walk. It's a drive. The staff and pamphlets at the hostel led us to believe it would be a three hour return walk, but it was easily four hours one-way. It would have been impossible to do the whole walk and get out of the park by dark. Also there should not be signs guaranteeing sightings of wild kangaroos. We didn't see any. Also, the staff should probably tell visitors not to leave the windows open more than a crack, or the pigeons will fly in
