I don't think you'll find a better hostel in HK - you have to be prepared for the tinyness of the rooms there, but this one's spotless and right in the heart of the city! FYI - there's no sign or anything, so print the directions and their phone number.

Staff is not nice (could never answer me if they can prolong my reservation), rooms are small, bed bugs. I don't recommend this hostel.

Located in an apartment building in Hong Kong despite signs saying specifically "No hostels allowed in this building, private tenants only", although this seems increasingly common in HK.

We had a hard time finding the hostel because there is no sign outside and it is in a residential building. The first time we went in, the guard basically kicked us out and others in the lobby angrily said "private residence!!" We finally called and got the code to get in the door and walk past the angry gaurd. There are signs all over that make visitors feel unwelcome in the building. The room was clean enough but the beds were very, very hard. Won't go back.
