Excellent for arranging transportation to other destinations and sightseeing. Very helpful staff. Clean rooms, warm showers. Good value for money. It's a 20-30 min walk to the main Petra site, however free transport is provided. Highly recommended. We came back here a second time.

This is a very friendly place with excellent and helpful staff (including the famous Mosleh!) and some good meals. They made our stay enjoyable despite the small room that needed more cleaning.

Staff is extremely friendly and welcomed us with tea and hot chocolate. The rooms were quite dingy and small and the living area was smoky.
