ERMMMM this is not a youth hostel - it is the locals' hotel it seems. It is a TREK from town - 2 kms up and down hills!! Had to wait 20 mins at reception before being greeted by someone who didn't speak English very well. Got told to go to the second floor and find my dorm which is "the room with the big door" Had great difficulty in finding the room as there are two second floors (I know, confusing) and the dorm HAD NO DOOR - it was lying off its hinges next to the door frame. Only thing about

It's the only cheap place to stay in Kotor, so for that price, don't expect too much. It's quite an old building, very big, full of families and travelers. You only have hot water during 2 hours a day (1 in the morning, 1 in the evening). Quite noisy. It's 20 min. by foot from the old town, but it's easy to get there and walk by the sea, so no problem.
