The showers were a bit bizarre but serviceable. I loved the capsules and the all women floor was nice.

The constant smoking in the lounge area was extremely disturbing. While I enjoyed my stay, it was really difficult to use the internet or spend any time in the lobby because of the constant cigarette smoke. Please consider banning smoking inside this area.

This a fun place to exerience in crazy Tokyo. I was really well run and you get a info leaflet to explain where to keep all your stuff and how how to ake the most of your stay! Women and men seperate floors are a god idea but a little inconvenient if you are a couple sharing a bag. Very clean place but a little too smokey.
