We are on the 6th floor and in 5 days the lift has not worked, great after hoofing around sightseeing. No reduction or any concessions given for this major inconveinience.

We stayed in a private room with ensuite with a wonderful terrace with great views! The ensuite was spotless and was cleaned every other day with fresh towels provided. Metro stop on the doorstep, close to Historic Centre. Fantastic value for money!!!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Hostel Virreyes for 2 nights, and it was a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. We recommend this hostel - it´s a great old-fashioned place and the price is very fine. Most of the staff speak english which is very pleasant.
