I got bedbugs!!! I can only hope, that they only live in room 233, but I would not count on it!!! I would have enjoyed my stay, as the place is cute and the bathrooms are clean, but the room itself was the opposite of inviting and then the bugs!!! this is really a plague and i did not know that those things still existed! The bites caused an allergic reaction and my entire body was covered in wheals , even my face!! i had to get EVERYHING out of my room, clean all clothes , steam the mattress

I dont recomend to you. I paid incredible price ($70) for nothing. In the room miss central light switch, on a wall was just small lamp without shield and a door was not easily close.

I stayed in the hostel over Thanksgiving weekend and did not have any major problems. It was a place to sleep and shower. My biggest complaint was that it did not seem that the woman's bathroom on the second floor was cleaned while I was there. I believe this because the paper towel dispenser was empty the whole time. Anyways, the hostel was alright. I would recommend staying there because it is in a great neighborhood and not too far from downtown. anyone who stays here MUST eat at the Bourgeoi

The bathrooms were not so clean and the staff weren't too friendly. One of the girls on my floor had her toiletry bag stolen from the bathroom so I was a bit worried about security but it seemed ok. It's quite noisy on the weekend esp with everyone coming in late and yelling in the hallways...It's in a great location though! My room had no light and I needed a handman to come in and change the lightbulb for the lamp in my room. I would probably stay again if I didn't find a better deal somewhere
