Hannah on reception was lovely, but the rest we're pretty rude. The rooms we're tiny, I couldn't lay my bag down, and struggled with getting stuff out. I went while World Youth Day was on, but still wasn't the cheapest place i'd found. So for cost versus accomodation-not too sure. Location was perfect if you're into going to strip clubs at Kings Cross but the station was right on your doorstep, so good.

Bathroom was kinda nasty and there were a lot of people (8) in a pretty small room but it was lots of fun, right in Kings Cross near bars and cafes and walking distance to the center of Sydney. Good breakfast and free internet! Definitely the best place for 13 bucks a night!

Roomies too noisy at 5am EVERY night. These 2 Finnish girls invited a tramp to stay in our room while they went out and got drunk - with our valuables still in there. Staff don\'t react to complaints. No Wifi (as advertised). Don\'t stay here. You also get 8 people in 6 bed dorms. Way too crowded.

Has the worst manager ever encountered. If you are looking for a guy who is way too into rugby league, one of the worst sport ever, and does not give a shit about friendliness or service, live here. This place is probably good for work holiday longer-term visitors, but not for short-term travelers. You'll just feel unwelcomed.

Chilli Blue is one of the cheapest hostels in Sydney and i think u get what u pay for, I stayed in the annexe building which had maybe 10 rooms and just one bathroom that only had cold water. Romm was pretty dirty and window didn't shut, as it was winter was freezing! Lots of people staying here long term so not very social
