Excellent location, really easy to walk around the old\'s quarter from here.Well cleaned, every room has its own hot and cold shower with the bath-tub. Nice staff.

I have given this hotel the highest rating i can, because it is the best indeed, and its still very hotel i have ever stayed in, i have been to over 30 hotels across Asia and Europe. Joy hotel is the best. The location is perfect close to the centre and a 1 minute walk to Hoan Kiem\'s lake, You will get all the best advice and security you will need.Plus it is very clean in expensive. i will be come back this hotel. If you are in Hanoi this is the place to stay.
