the instructions for the check out system were not clearly explained in english and we were not sure if could simply check out if the front desk was closed and where to leave our key to the room.

The staff were very helpful and nice. 15 min walk to Osaka Castle. Never cleaned our roomes otherwise great room with kitchen and tv.

The staff are good and very accomodating inspite of limited english. But they're doing their best to make your stay enjoyable! Perfect for small family staying.
