What a nightmare without printout of booking. Booked a dorm but told had non on arrival. Put in room with en-suite and told no problem and would pay the same. In the morning this changed and I was kept waiting while manager was contacted by phone. It seemed a deliberate tactic to waist my time so I would relent and pay up the additional charge for the upgrade. Eventually spoke to the manager who initilaay wanred $40 for the room rather than the $11 for the dorm I had booked. They claim they never received any booking although I received the emmail confirmation. Ended up paying $11 dollars by sticking to my guns, so only $1 extra (as had paid the 10% deposit online already).

The Hostelworld.com information for this hostel says that it has airport pickup, but no one from the hostel picked me up and I arrived at Entebbe at 3:45 a.m. Also, I had reserved a dorm-type room for $10 but the hostel did not hold a bed for me in the dorm and so I had to pay $60 for a private room. A reservation will do you no good at this hostel.

I was the only customer at the place. They didn't seem to have many customers at all. They didn't seem to know what Hostelworld.com was and the deposit I've paid is long gone. The TV did not work, but I got a new one. The only problem was that I had to watch the same TV-show that they saw in the "reception". I would not recommend this place to anybody. To far away from everything. Clean and the staff ok. The food was good, but they never had a menu and it was impossible to know what the cost of the food was.
