Great looking hostel! The staff failed to accommodate my wife and I sleeping in adjoining beds and we were forced to sleep on one small bed (or opposite ends of the room), although I paid for two beds. I was not offered a discount.

Hello Ty Hill. I just read your commend. Thank you for this. But I am surprised about it. I remember very well that after 1 night you asked me if there was a possibility to sleep in 1 dorm bed. At that very moment the other guest from that room were not around to ask if someboday wants to move. I asked you how you slept the night before and you told that you slept in 1 bed but not sure if that was ok. I told you sure. Ty, the impression that you gave at that moment was that it was totally no big deal and that all was fine, as long as the bed could hold. Now to read your commend is very dissapointing and in my opinion not acccording to the situation as it was. Next time please be so kind, when you don't like the situation, inform people more strongly so they have the chance to satisfy you. I hope you understand my difficulties with your commend and that you will change this. If not, you're always welcome to come back and I will give you the discount you wanted (but did not informed us about) and 1 dorm bed for you both. Kind regards, Fedde Pruiksma - HM Hostel Moscow
