1-Por favor, pongan una señal afuera que diga que es el hostal porque es casi imposible encontrarlo. 2-El perro que los vecinos amarran en la entrada asusta a los huéspedes y es peligroso. Hagan algo! 3. Manejen las reservaciones con más cuidado. Una amiga que reservó por internet se quedó sin cuarto.

Staff was pleasant but doesn't speak Spanish. The main improvement I would advise is to have a water cooler in the check-in area for guests. Since most all places in Mexico I have stayed provide one I was surprised not to find one here. I could live without the dog chained in the entrance hall at night. Still it is inexpensive, clean, and near the center of town.

I stayed here before in November 2007.At that time the owner ran the property and all was excellent. The owner George, spoke english and was most helpful.He even personally showed/took us to locations in Cuernevaca. Now George's younger nephew and the nephew's wife run the property. They do not speak any english and relie on using the computer to communicate /translate to the residence in person.Because of the language barrier they do not like to interact with the customers. This posada was very comfortable, and the staff is AMAZING. Very helpful in checking us in and explaining Cuernavaca to us, and were even nice enough to take us to the airport at 5:30am. The room was very comfortable with TV and private bath, and everything was very clean. Only complaint is that the shower is like a boat shower, so that everything in the bathroom gets wet, but its not a huge complaint.
