Really nice staff!

all good except TONS of spiders in my room (I counted 14 along my ceiling). Im very new to the hostel scene so I just went with the flow. Mellow and friendly staff and showers and restrooms worked well.

The hostel was great except I made my reservation through hostels.com and when I got there they did not have a reservation for me. However, they made it up to be by upgrading my room. So, overall I had a great experience and they were very helpful with planning my tour and interests while I was in Rotorua.
