Lady in charge was on the telephone very rude when I called to tell her my bus would be late on day of arrival(9.30pm) This is not late at all for my understanding. Otherwise very friendly, great stay, very comfortable, hot tub on site, quite lame internet connection and not better in town, the sulphur smell was sometimes very strong and that will make to think twice to come back
