By far the best hostel in the US!! The staff goes out of their way to help you with anything you might need! This staff is the best! Common room was recently remodeled and is beyond incredible!!

I stayed 4 nights in Ohana in May 08. Advantages : I really enjoyed the place and the hostel : it was clean, safe, and seemed to be better than the other ones according to some friends who tried them... Really good on many points. Inconvenients : There were repair works in the hostel (elevator and Internet KO) and one kitchen + toilet + shower by 3 rooms (6 + 4 + 4 = 14 pers).

The room had 10 people in it instead of the 4 that I reserved for my friend Viviane. The place was noisy and anybody was coming in and out. I left a message for her at the front desk and they never gave her. The staff, out of 3 people, 2 were rude and had no customer service skills.
