I am BOILING MAD! I feel like I got jacked out of the service fee because I went to this place and it was not even a hostel it was a doctors office or something! The first clue I had something was terribly wrong is I tried calling before I checked in just to make sure everything was ok you know...and they NEVER EVER answered the phone!!!! I tried calling all day but I did not actually go there until later, because I had to make OTHER arrangements!!! When they never answered the phone something just told me something wasnt right and I just knew that this place was not going to work out! Then we finally go by this place at about 10 oclock at night just to see whats up and it is a doctors office with a big gate around it! There is one guy in the office upstairs and you can CLEARLY tell its not hostel. There are no cars around, the lights are all off and you could tell this is not somewhere you could sleep at! I am so mad I am in the process of trying to get my service fee back right now! Then they have the nerve to say on the website if you cancel you will be charged ANYWAY...if they REALLY want a fight on thier hands let me see a charge on my card for this bogus place that aint nothing but a scam!!!
