Friendly staff, very helpful. Although some decorating and renovating was still being done, the place was clean and the decorators didn't get in the way, but the drainage in the showers wasn't great. Location is great, just across from the train station and a couple of pubs less than a minutes walk away. I'd stay here again.

The sheets were dirty and the lights were broken when i moved in. The staff cant find clean sheets for me and they also cant fix the lights in my room for me. Therefore, they moved us from the poor condition to a nicer hotel of west end. For that, they were nice, for the room we got at the first place, it was too poor to live.

They were going through renos when we arrived but were very accomidating. It was a bit of a walk to sights but all in all a great place to stay! I would recommend to anyone

Not enough power points in rooms to charge electronic stuff. Staff were not very friendly didnt seem to like their job.
