We booked our rooom a week before by internet and the day of our departure ( I traveled with a child) my husband phoned to confirm the reservation. We were shocked when we arrived and our room was given to someone else. The concierge was rude & sarcastic and some time after we were given a dirty room with six beds (we reserved one with 2 beds). It was only for the 2nd night that we got a room which we reserved. After that first day, things became better & the concierge was very pleasant. In sum
