This place is not for anyone who needs normal basic things, and by that I mean: a normal bathroom, with normal toilet paper, with normal lighting, with a normal shower head, with a normal A/C unit, or at least a window that allows air to come in. I would never stay at this place again, and personally, the staff is not much better. We had a reservation for the second night, but we're bumped for no reason and so we had to leave, but that was no problem becuase the place might as well of been a c

The wealth of information on the bulletin boards in the common room explaining everything you can imagine and want to know was very, very much welcomed. The staff were quite knowledgeable and helpful. Nice social atmosphere in the hostel and location in a big city. I went on a 4-day trip to the San Blas Islands, which I booked through them. I spent a night at Zuly´s and was quite pleased with the experience. It isn´t the nicest hostel I´ve ever stayed at, but I don´t expect to find the nicest hostel I´ve ever stayed at in Panama in general. I have absolutely nothing to complain about - I feel that I got exactly what I was expecting, and that is a decent backpackers place. The location is absolutely superb as well.
