easy to find, good bar, a bit loud at night if u r in and not out on the town

Even though the hostel is located in the heart of Edinburgh it isn't such a nice place to stay. It's not clean, the beds are sooooo uncomfortable and the stuff isn't very nice. Furthermore it's loud and we haven't slept very well. Edinburgh is such a beautiful town - but if we go there again, we would coose another place to stay!!!

With the beautifull Bar downstairs and the TV Room, everything is made so you can meet people easily. Really very friendly atmosphere. quite Cheap and near the towncenter you have to go there! Edimburg is awesome! Only one bad point the shower (Water very hot OR very cold)

Way overrated. Lacking in character, value, and toilet soap (seriously how can you not provide soap in the toilets? Is this the eighteenth century?). The showers are a sick joke. Staff seem nice enough but the dreaded comined bar/front desk arrangement everything from check-in to buying a beer takes four times as long as it should.
