our room was really noisy as there is a main road outside the hostel, plus a colony of dogs up the road from the hostel that bark until well past midnight. Otherwise the hostel is really clean, has plenty of character and greaat facilities. Breakfast is good and there is free internet access and a pool table.

Lovely hostel, very spacious - massive beds, best night´s sleep I've had in a while. Only problems are the bathrooms - very cramped, and the staff - polite but not particularly helpful.

Really good hostel, probably the best i have stayed in. Very clean and a beautiful building, quiet and easy to get into central Santiago. If you come here I am sure you will have an excellent time in Santiago, although it is not a party hostel.

Happy House isn't right in the centre of Santiago, but the underground is just down the road and there is a supermarket and some restaurants nearby. This hostel is so cool, it was completely renovated a couple of years ago and is so clean and funky. Also met some nice people staying there, and the staff and food were great.
