This hostel double booked my bed. When I have paid for a bed I expect to receive a bed. However on my return to the hostel I found someone else was sleeping in my bed. I was offered a mattress on the floor however I turned this down as I do not fancy having people jumping out of the top bunk bed and walking on to my face and injuring me while I sleep. I had to wait until someone else checked out to receive a bed - at 6 in the morning! I asked for a refund and did not receive one. Disgrace. Sean, from Ireland ~ 20th May 2013
