• Minimum 2 nights stay is required on weekends
• Minimum 4/5 nights stay is required during holidays
• Cancellations must be made by email 24 hours before arrival date and not arrival time otherwise you will be charged one night during the week and 2 nights on the weekend on your credit card
• Payment is made upon arrival (in advance)
• Bookings cancelled upon arrival are charged for the total numbers of nights reserved
• 10% deposit charged by Hostelworld is not refundable
• Holiday cancelations - any bookings cancelled for Easter, New Year, Queens Birthday, Pinkster and special events must be done by email 3 weeks before arrival date, otherwise you will be charge 50% from the total cost on your credit card
• We need authorisation on the given credit card in order to keep your reservation and we will contact you to get the credit card's security code
• We charge 5% for card payments and we also accept debit cards on arrival
• Reception hours are until 11pm; however you can arrange a late check-in if you notify us on the same day of arrival
• Our dorms are mixed

This hostel is smoke free! There is a minimum stay of 2 nights during the weekends All CANCELLATIONS are required to be emailed to the Euphemia Hotel 24 hours prior to arrival date (not arrival time), failure to do so will incur a charge of full cost of one night, 2 nights cost on Friday and Saturday. HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS, 3 x weeks prior to arrival date (not arrival time) failure to do so will incur a 100% charge. This includes no shows, cancellation and changes on and after arrival date.
