We look forward to welcoming you as a guest at this beautiful historic building where you can savour the atmosphere of Amsterdam and experience local life.
Staying in this superbly renovated 19th century building just outside the central canal system means staying in a top location in Amsterdam. The building, which has recently been listed in order to preserve its unique character for the city, is at walking distance from the Vondelpark, Leidseplein, Museumplein and Amsterdam city centre.
Our B&B contains two spacious double rooms with high, authentically-decorated ceilings and comfortable beds. In addition, one of the rooms has folding doors leading onto a wonderful spacious terrace. The rooms share a luxurious bathroom with separate shower and bath. There are two separate toilets. The double beds consist of two separate single box spring mattresses which can easily be pushed together.
Each room includes a refrigerator, coffee and tea-making facilities and free Wi-Fi. All rooms are lockable with a unique key; you get a separate key for the front door.
We're in the heart of the friendly Old West district of Amsterdam, which has coffee shops, trendy restaurants, cosy lunchrooms and gastro cafés on every corner. The Vondelpark, a mere three minutes' walk away, offers a number of pleasant eateries. As such, we do not offer a breakfast service. There is no better way to get to know Amsterdam than by breakfasting among Amsterdammers!
There is no reception at the Inn. For this reason, please notify us of your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance so that we can welcome you in person.

This apartment is in a good location within a 20 minute walking distance to the central train station. Greg, our host was excellent, meeting us at the apartment with a tourist map of Amsterdam and explaining the things to see and do. Shared facilities are good, although the WC is very cramped. A bonus is a clothes washing machine and wireless internet. Our only issues were the thin walls and the stomping feet on floorboards. The very narrow and steep stair to the 1st floor is difficult.
