Very clean, helpful staff and great location! Definitely the best deal in Bath. Virginia, from USA ~ 29th May 2012

Pretty uncomfortable bed. Dirty stain on bedding, but quickly replaced by staff.
Our apologies for the stain on the duvette, the staff missed it. The mattress has also now been replaced as is the policy when we are made aware of problems. Unfortunately it is impossible to tell with mattresses until guests make us aware.
