Th reservation was very bad. In the middle of september i booked for the carneval in february two nights. Nothing of minimum staying were metioned. Three months after booking the hotel canceled the reservation with the reason that they have a minimum staying with three night and we could not come. There was a mistake on the side of the hotel, but then we have many troubles to get back the money and to find another hotel in november for the carneval. I cannot recommend it Alexander, from Austria ~ 29th Feb 2012

They lost our reservation and didn\'t have any more rooms available.Then they tried to tell us it was our fault because we \"booked too far in advance.\"Luckily, two girls staying there had a fight and left early, so we were able to have their room. Victoria, from USA ~ 22nd Feb 2012
