Dorms and Private Rooms, simple, clean and cozy. Clean but shared bathrooms with separated showers. Sheets included. Self Catering Kitchen. No Lockout, no Curfew. 24 hours open. Pool Table. Friendly international staff.
The Helter Skelter Hostel is most centrally located in the heart of Berlin. It is very close to the old town, the sights and the museums. We are also near to the Potsdamer Platz, the Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag. Within 10 minutes walk you can reach the Check Point Charlie or the Jewish Museum. Almost all sights are within walking distance.
The Hostel is not only in the middle of Berlin's Nightlife area, but just a few metres away from the famous 'Tacheles' - probably the most famous origin of the new berlin.
But you don't have to leave the hostel to party!
Hang out in the Reception, have dinner with new friends, party all night and chill during the day. Back to a real travellers community - back to roots.

När vi först kom till Hostelet så blev vi väldigt negativt överraskade. Röklukt genom hela samlingsrummet(vilket är ok) men också i korridoren och i rummen där vi sov. Det var väldigt smutsigt och sängen som jag sov i var sönder och så fort jag satte mig i den så knakade hela sängen isär, så jag låg i en håla hela natten.(väger ca 60kg så jag kan ju inte varit för tung) Hela upplevelsen räddades av att det var väldigt billigt och personalen var den bästa! The music in the common room can be reaaaally good. The staff is mostly very nice. And it is cheap and really good located. On the other hand the key system is bad, at least for shared rooms (only 1 key for room). What should someone that shares a room but is alone in the moment and wants to have a shower do?
