The staff were very helpful, breakfast was great, lobby and computer access nice. Appreciated the bathroom cleanliness, and the international collection of guests. Cons: my bed was uncomfortable and the noise level fairly high with the sound of doors closing loudly and on one night people were talking at 3:00 am near my room. It was a good value, but in the future I might choose to pay a bit more to get a quieter and more comfortable sleep. Anne, from USA ~ 15th May 2013
