Niriis Hotel in Chania, Recko

Niriis is a small family hotel, located 30m away from the sea (look at hotel photos and the bottom ones to see the area and beaches), in Agii Apostoli area, 4km west of Chania.

NEW for 2013! New bathrooms with new tiles, WiFi everywhere, showers and ventilation system and new blackout curtains.

There are 3 busses every 15-30 minutes, takes 15 minutes to town. There is a taxi rank and bus stop 30m away. Taxi to Chania is 7 euro, to the airport is 25 euro.

Within one minute walk (30m), there are three beaches, swimming pools, mini markets, restaurants, park, hotel bars, bus stop, taxi rank and a communal car parking.

Rooms equipped with kitchenette, free WiFi, TV, air-conditioning (extra charge, pay per use, 1Kw is 1 euro), safety box, single beds. Linen is provided for the rooms, but in dorms there is only one sheet and a pilow.

Niriis Hotel has 22 rooms. Every apartment is equipped with a kitchenette (fridge, two cooking hobs and cooking utensils), en-suite shower and toilet, free WiFi, TV, air-conditioning (extra charge, individual electronic meters, pay per use, 1 euro per Kilowatt), safety box, phone (extra charge), single beds, wardrobe, kitchen table and chairs. Most apartments have two beds, but there are three-bed apartments, and a few three and two four-bed apartments with two separate rooms. Air-conditioning and telephone is available at a separate charge.

Included in the price is a 15-30 minute presentation (depending on stay) for all guests, on where to go and what to see. The 3 main things to visit in Chania is Samaria gorge, Elafonisi and Balos/Gramvousa beaches.

Although Niriis Hotel has no swimming pool, residents can use the swimming pools of nearby hotels, in particular the one at Cretan Dream (we have special agreement). There is also no restaurant or bar in the hotel, but there is plenty of choice within the area.

At Dorms, there is no air-conditioning. Pillows and linen are free. Extra towels and linen are 2 euro each.

Pets are not allowed to the hotel. Although there are no facilities for disabled, rooms on the ground floor can be provided for easier access.

Please contact us regarding arrival time, and your means of transport. We are flexible, and its a good idea if we are told in advance (to arrange reservations)!

By plane (Chania airport), there is a bus every 3 hours to Chania. A taxi is around 30 Euros to go to the hotel. It's 25 Euros to Chania.
