We offer rooms with 2-6 beds with free toast and tea for breakfast. A fully equipped kitchen allows our guests to prepare their own meals if they don't feel like eating out.
Office Houres:
Between 8-12 a.m. and from 4-8 p.m. the hostel is permanently staffed. Contact us for check in at other times!

Chill out and read in one of our two lounges (smoking or non-smoking) and get lost in our library complete with a comic collection. Why not enjoy the wonderful view over Kiel from our balcony on the 4th floor.
When the sun is out head for the garden: Ask for badminton rackets or a football. Alternatively top up your tan in one of the many cosy corners for peaceful sunbathing. Bikers will find a repair station in our cellar; supermarkets, restaurants and a cinema are within walking distance. To the city centre and the waterfront it's a 25 min walk, and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the university

Directions
From main train station in Kiel take bus nr. 34, 100, 101 heading to "Kronshagen" or 'Mettenhof'. Get off at 'Dehnkestraße' (after 12 min. approx.) continue 60 m to our sign 'bekpek kiel'. Turn right, enter the building and take the lift to the fourth floor.
Drivers: take exit 'Eckernförde' from the autobahn, leading to another stretch of aotobahn. Take the first exit 'Kronshagen-Süd', at the crossing straight into the small 'Mühlenweg'.
At the end of that street turn right. Leave your car at the first parking area behind the building and follow the small pathway at the end of the parking space to the high building. Or take the third parking space- its closer. Enter the house through the backdoor. The lift brings you up to bekpek Hostel on the fourth floor.

I really liked the owner/caretaker of the hostel \'Petra\', she\'s a great, sincere andkind woman. Unfortunately I forgot to carry my jacket and she provided me one.
