A guesthouse located in a quiet alley in Kyoto created from a refurbished small, one-story machiya (traditional townhouse).
The house is only an 8-minute walk from a transportation hub in the northern part of Kyoto, Kitaoji Station, and is within strolling distance from Nishigin, Daitokujii Temple, Kitayama, and the Kamo River. In our neighborhood, you can enjoy trying out several different public bathhouses, and touring the longest shopping mall in Kyoto, Shin-Omiya Shouten Gai.
It would please us greatly if you are able to feel Japan\'s eternal flow of time during your stay.
Check-in is during 3:00pm to 10:00 pm.
Check-out is 10:am
And Payment is only cash and please pay the check-in time.

Very very hard to find this place... especially at night, in the rain and not knowing how to read a lot of Japanese. However, lovely space and felt very cozy. Would stay here again if I ever get the chance to return to Kyoto. Casey, from USA ~ 24th Apr 2013

it is a bit far fromkyoto station. you should take a bus , it takes 30 min from the station. and when you get off the buscall themit is near the bus statoin but if you dont know the area it can be diffucult to find the place. NECLA, from Turkey ~ 12th Apr 2013
