On special occasions, high season week-ends minimum 3 nights stay is required, starting Friday to Sunday and cannot be combined with regular days or else full week-end rate shall be applied on all days. Infants and small children are not allowed as we do not meet required safety standards for protection.

Full payment is needed for special occasions like Formula-1 Race, Canada Day, long week-ends such as Labour Day, Victoria Day, Christmas and New Year etc., after the booking is made, in case of a cancellation or customer decides to shorten stay for any reason there will be NO REFUND for any amount whatsoever. Please note this point concerning cancellation very carefully before making your own on-line booking especially for special occasions. In case of cancellation other than special occasions there is no refund, for regular days one night full rate cancellation charges shall be applied plus the govt. taxes and, min, seven days advance notice in writing is required to avoid paying cancellation charges.

After making your on-line booking please check your email account and respond by email as you will receive a confirmation email from the Internet Booking Agency and also from us. If you don't reply and reconfirm we do not guarantee your booking because, this is to avoid fraudulent credit card transactions, especially with third party credit cards. People who do not reply or contact us, their bookings are not guaranteed. To avoid this please contact hostel directly.

There is NO Curfew for guests already staying with us, but for check-ins the hostel is NOT open for 24 hours, check-in time is 13 :00 hrs & check-out time 10:00 a.m., reasonably late or early check-in is possible, but must be arranged and subject to owner's discretion and availability. Contact hostel directly through email for check-in and for any changes in your booking. Cancellation charges apply if not notified in writing on time.

IF late check-in is NOT arranged with the hostel in writing it will be considered as a NO SHOW after 16:00 hrs on the date of arrival. Hostel management reserves the RIGHTS OF ADMISSION AND ALSO, for acceptance / refusal of cash / credit cards or, for changing rates anytime without notice.

Third party credit card users MUST pay Cash to the hostel in full on arrival. People who abuse, intimidate staff are not welcome and must leave the hostel, Damages to property is a legal offense.
