We have spacious, clean accommodation in either a dorm style room or a private room at a budget rate; the hostel is owned and operated independently. Our hostellers describe us as their "home away from home".
We offer free wireless internet and free tea and coffee for all guests. Linen is provided free of charge and free lockers are available (guests provide their own locks).
We have a fully equipped kitchen and coin-operated laundry facilities. There is a 24 hour supermarket across the street and we are close to shops, tourist attractions, cinemas, clubs, restaurants and pubs/bars.
We have a comfortable lounge common area and our friendly staff are always eager to help. There are no additional membership costs and tax is included in the price. We provide parking for $7 per night.
Allergy warning: We have a cat in the hostel. Beware in case of allergies.
Check in is between 12pm - 12am.

I had a really nice time, I was in Ottawa for work. It was busy but spacious enough, so I was able to find quite corners ( to do some yoga, or meditate.) The Staff was really friendly,the first night my room was an oven, so I was switched to a room with a door and fans, no questions asked! Awesome expirence, great price (lovely organized clean big Kitchen, and HUGE FRIDGE!!!) Thanks alot Backpackers Inn!!! Steffani xo Steffani, from Canada ~ 2nd May 2012
